In this role, you will support the HR department in administering employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, compliance, and timely resolution of employee inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping in HRIS systemsRespond to employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other company benefitsPrepare and maintain benefits-related documentation and reports for internal and external auditsCoordinate with vendors, insurance carriers, and internal departments to resolve benefits issuesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company policies related to employee benefitsSupport HR team with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits communications for new hires and departing employeesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not requiredAt least 2-3 years of human resources and benefits experiencePrior experience in HR benefits administration or payroll support is highly desirableStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential informationExcellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsPosition Details:Onsite work scheduleContract roleCompensation: $32.00-$40.00 per hour DOELocated in El Cajon, San Diego Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pmThis temporary role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hourSearch managed by: Ciara Norton Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
