We're partnering with a respected financial organization to hire a Financial Representative who functions as the team's administrative hub-managing calendars, client communications, onboarding paperwork, and light account servicing. If you're detail-obsessed, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced professional setting, this is a great fit.What you'll doOwn the front line of client service: manage phones, shared inboxes, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.Prepare client meetings: assemble agendas, print/e-package client materials, coordinate signatures, and track action items.Process client paperwork: collect KYC/AML documentation, submit new account and transfer forms, and route approvals; liaise with custodians/vendors.Keep the CRM updated (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and maintain accurate electronic filing and document controls.Handle general administrative support: data entry, report formatting, expense reports, mailings, supply ordering, and office coordination.Partner with advisors/associates to resolve service requests (address changes, beneficiary updates, statement requests, etc.) and escalate issues appropriately.Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards at all times.What you'll bring2 years of administrative or client service experience; financial services, banking, or wealth management exposure preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a CRM; comfort learning line-of-business systems.Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication.Poise under pressure, with a friendly, professional demeanor and a service mindset.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Nice to have (bonus points)Experience preparing client packets, portfolio or performance reports, or working with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity)Familiarity with e-signature and workflow tools (e.g., DocuSign)Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.50 per hourSearch managed by: Amaka Mozie Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
