Entry Level Project Manager

Pay: Up to $28/hour- Contract to Possible Hire for the right candidate
Location: 100% Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support / ERP Coordinator to support custom projects, manufacturing planning, and engineering operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate ERP data, timely parts availability, and smooth coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Custom Project Support

• Assist with manufacturing planning by reviewing part availability to determine production capacity
• Support purchasing activities for manufacturing needs, including tracking part delivery timelines and coordinating with vendors
• Enter, update, and clean ERP system data to ensure inventory, purchase orders, and location information accurately reflect current operations

Representative Responsibilities

Custom Project Support

• Assist in the construction of prototypes and perform product performance testing
• Create ERP estimates and work orders
• Convert custom projects into stock items
• Ensure timely completion of custom projects
• Generate post-mortem and custom metrics reports
• Coordinate and administer post-mortem meetings

Engineering Support

• Assist with prototype construction and engineering product testing
• Add new stock codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) into the ERP system
• Administer Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and ensure completion of Corrective Action Requests (CARs)

Engineering Documentation

• Create and edit manuals, assembly instructions, and quality control procedures
• Prepare and maintain engineering and compliance documentation

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete special projects and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Creative and analytical thinking abilities
• Comfortable working in an ERP-driven manufacturing or engineering environment

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
