What You'll Do ✅ Lead Procurement Strategy - Design and implement best-in-class processes aligned with business goals. ✅ Vendor Management - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with top-tier suppliers for software, hardware, and services. ✅ Data-Driven Decisions - Analyze costs, profitability, and performance to optimize spend without compromising quality. ✅ Risk & Compliance - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance while mitigating supply chain risks. ✅ Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to align procurement with strategic priorities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred). 8 years in procurement, with 3 years in leadership. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing , cost analysis , and vendor negotiations . Experience in tech or start-up environments is a big plus! Proficiency in procurement tools and analytics platforms.
