Build and sustain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Identify, address, and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. Utilize CRM software to record activities, manage pipelines, track follow-ups, and ensure alignment with sales goals. Communicate new product opportunities, market developments, and client feedback to relevant internal teams. Collaborate with internal staff to ensure successful completion of sales processes.
