LHH is actively seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join one of our top client's People Analytics Operations & Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll help operationalize their new data visualization platform, ensure data accuracy and usability, and support teams as they scale People Analytics reporting across the company.You'll collaborate with BI Engineers, People Analytics Business Partners, and People Research Scientists to ensure dashboards and metrics are accurate, trusted, and actionable. You'll also serve as a point of support for stakeholders-answering questions, gathering feedback, and helping teams get the most value from our tools and data.This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complex data, balancing precision with usability, and enabling others through high-quality analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and rollout of our new People Analytics visualization platformValidate data, dashboards, and metric logic to ensure accuracy and alignment across sourcesCollaborate with BI Engineers to test, refine, and maintain reporting-ready datasetsRespond to stakeholder questions related to platform usage, data interpretation, and reporting functionalityGather feedback and ensure the platform evolves to meet user needsIdentify, diagnose, and resolve data quality or logic issuesDocument metric definitions, data logic, and dashboard guidelinesSupport user onboarding through training sessions, demos, and how-to materialsUphold People Analytics data standards for quality, consistency, and trustWhat We're Looking ForExperience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR data-focused rolesProficiency in SQL and dashboarding or analytics tools such as Looker, Databricks, OneModel, or VisierStrong attention to detail and the ability to validate data across systemsAbility to explain analytical concepts in clear, accessible languageHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePay Details: $57.00 to $63.29 per hourSearch managed by: Kaitlynne Hope Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
