LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for a 2-month temporary contract in the Torrey Pines area of San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Assist with recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with training logistics
- Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and audits as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Onsite work schedule
- Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
- Located in Torrey Pines, San Diego
- 2-3 month contract role
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
