This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and contribute to critical financial operations.Position DetailsRole: AP/AR SpecialistRate of Pay: $ 27.00/hour Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shift with 30-minute meal breakStart time: between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AMDuration: 3-6 months (temporary)Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayablePerform full check runsApply three-way match for invoice processingCode and enter invoices into ERP systemCreate and maintain vendor recordsResolve price and quantity discrepancies with vendorsProcess ACH and wire paymentsHandle American Express and Home Depot statement paymentsAssist with tax-related check requestsSupport month-end reconciliations including GRNI and inter-company accountsGenerate credit notes for RTVsReport checks to bank positive pay dailyAccounts ReceivablePost customer payments and reconcile accountsMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesInvestigate and resolve payment discrepanciesPrepare and send customer invoicesAssist with collections and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate with customers regarding billing issuesRecord journal entries for unrecorded liabilities and prepaid itemsQualificationsPrior experience in both AP and AR functionsFamiliarity with ERP systems (large software experience preferred)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsMajor plus: Experience with Purchase Price Variance (PPV)Ready to jump in and make an impact?Apply today or contact Letty Stuard at LHH Recruitment Solutions for more information.
