Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in the property management industry hire and Administrative Assistant. This will be a 100% onsite, full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for our client. This role will be working 2x/week from our client's Bellevue location and interested candidates must feel comfortable commuting to that office twice a week.
This position will be focused on administrative duties including filling documentation, phone and email correspondence, expense reporting, preparing statements, preparing service contracts, and any other clerical duties as needed by the team. Property management experience is strongly desired for this position.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years property management and/or administrative experience
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and other software systems
- Reliable form of transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and adapt to working within a fast-paced environment
