- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Manage collections, primarily through email with occasional phone outreach.
- Process cash applications and ensure accurate entry of payments.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred At least 2 years of accounting experience Experience with general ledger accounting software Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organizational analytical skills Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables vlookups Ability to work independently suggest process improvements
