This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain who can manage accounts, coordinate shipments, and serve as the main point of contact for customers.

What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate shipments, schedules, and service requests with internal operations teams
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to clients
- Ensure accurate entry of orders, pricing, and shipment details into internal systems
- Build strong relationships with customers to support retention and satisfaction
- Identify and resolve service issues quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with reporting, tracking key metrics, and supporting account performance goals
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or logistics/supply chain
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client needs at once
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating across departments
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle issues efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with logistics systems is a plus
