Account Coordinator (PR and Marketing)

LHH is partnering with a purpose-driven, integrated PR and marketing agency to add an Account Coordinator to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career communications professional to gain hands-on experience across PR, social, content, media relations, and integrated campaigns -supporting clients across business, healthcare, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Location: Green Bay, WI - Hybrid

Relocation assistance is available.

Compensation: $47K-$55K discretionary bonus opportunity benefits

✅ Qualified Candidates will bring the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or public relations
• Min one year of experience in a PR or marketing agency OR corporate communications setting.
• Familiarity with basic tools used in both PR and marketing: press releases, creative briefs, production schedules, social media, etc.
• Experience working in a professional setting, taking meeting notes and assisting with basic office functions
• Experience writing for social, public relations or other communications platforms using Associated Press (AP) Style

• Support client accounts, meetings, and project coordination

• Conduct research and track trends, media, and audiences

• Assist with content creation (PR, marketing, social)

• Support media relations, reporting, and campaign execution
