Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage and process invoices, payments, and collections, maintaining accurate records.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on company expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
