Customer Service Representative
Location : Colerain, Ohio

Pay Rate : $16 - $18 per hour
About the Role :
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for an upcoming role with our client in Colerain, Ohio. This position is not yet open, but we are looking to build a pool of qualified candidates for when it becomes available.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and provide solutions.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
