Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to provide personalized educational support to adult/ students and learning needs. The ideal candidate will facilitate learning by developing tailored lesson plans, utilizing effective teaching methods, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic success and confidence. The ideal candidate will hold graphic major in college and have at least 5 years work experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual adult/ student needs
- Utilize learning technology and educational resources to enhance instruction
- Provide tutoring in core subjects, including "InDesign", "Illustrator", "Video Editing" and language arts
- Manage viz "Zoom Classroom" behavior and maintain a structured, engaging learning environment
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Support students with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance
- Foster motivation and confidence in students through positive reinforcement
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student achievements
Skills
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
- Experience with "InDesign", "Illustrator", "Video Editing" and language arts for diverse learners
- Proficiency in learning technology tools and educational software: core Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially with adult learners
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students
- Ability to work effectively with adult student of backgrounds, and learning styles
- Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for education
