A leading financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Analyst to support operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced business environment. What You’ll Do
- Support business projects and operational process improvements
- Partner with internal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to help deliver effective solutions
- Analyze business processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements
- Assist with reporting, project tracking, and operational updates for leadership
- Create and maintain process documentation and workflows
- Communicate policy updates, project changes, and business strategies to stakeholders
- Support business continuity planning and operational readiness efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of Business Analyst or related experience
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Business continuity or risk assessment experience is a plus
Position Details
- Immediate interview/start available
- Long-term contingent opportunity with no set end date
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA / 1 remote day
