Monitor market needs, customer requirements, and industry trends across assigned product lines

Track regulatory and code changes (DOE, EPA, ASHRAE, UL, AHRI, and similar bodies) and assess impact on current and future products

Research and maintain a working view of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, positioning, and pricing

Support development and maintenance of the product roadmap under the direction of senior product management

Translate market and regulatory inputs into clear product requirements for engineering

Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to gather input on feature and platform decisions

Prepare market and competitive analysis materials for internal reviews and leadership updates

Support business case development for new product initiatives, including cost and volume assumptions

Coordinate with Korea HQ counterparts on product planning, specifications, and timing

Assist with go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch coordination

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline

0–4 years of experience in product management, product development, or applications engineering; HVAC industry experience a plus

Bilingual in Korean and English preferred, both written and verbal, sufficient for technical and business discussions

Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components, or a strong technical aptitude to build that knowledge quickly

Ability to read and interpret regulatory and standards documentation

Strong analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing market, technical, and financial information into a clear recommendation

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;

Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences

Willingness to travel domestically and to Korea as needed (estimated 10–15%)

$75,000 - $101,000 USD
