Overview
LGC Hospitality Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Manager (English/Spanish) to lead recruiting and talent resourcing efforts in our Lexington branch.
This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding reliable hospitality professionals while ensuring our clients receive qualified staff for their operations and events. The Staffing Manager works closely with the branch team to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, support workforce scheduling needs, and ensure all compliance requirements are completed accurately.
This is an in-person, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while interacting with candidates, employees, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for hospitality positions such as servers, cooks, dishwashers, and event staff
- Manage the full onboarding process including employment paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, community recruiting events, and local outreach efforts
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and workforce programs to support recruiting initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the company ATS and ensure timely communication with applicants
- Work with branch leadership to ensure shifts and client staffing needs are properly supported
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as applicant flow, hiring volume, and onboarding completion
- Support branch operations with scheduling coordination and employee follow-up when needed
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, hospitality operations, or workforce management preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruiting software, ATS systems, or similar platforms is preferred
- Comfortable attending recruiting events and interacting with large groups of candidates
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes salary base pay plus commissions tied to success branch growth.
