Job Requisition:

- Key duties include identifying staffing needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating with department managers, and maintaining staffing schedules.
- This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in HR software.
- The staffing specialist ensures that the hospital is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to maintain efficient and effective patient care.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- Medical Officer experience preferred
