LGA Management is a small but fast growing company located in Irvine, California. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and prior management experience. Duties for this role would be managing the shipping department, overseeing and supervising employees and their job descriptions. We are looking for an experienced individual eager to be a team leader and assign tasks to the other associates. Your duty as a manager role would be to delegate work for the other workers, prepare invoices, create excel lists of inventory and keep checklist of all daily operations, etc... Proper training will be provided and pay will increase with experience and production. We are looking for self motivated and energetic individuals who want to learn and grow within our company. Prior management and computer skills are required.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Initial Training pay starts at $18 Pay can go up to $25.00
depending on productivity and ability to efficiently handle more tasks and skills.
Experience Level: Prior experience is required
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends if needed)
Ability to Commute: Conveniently located in Irvine California near major freeways.
