MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!Monday- Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) Location: Hacienda Heights, CAGeneral Summary of Duties: Seeking a friendly Staffing Receptionist that is responsible for the administrative and clerical of day to day office responsibilities and assist Recruiters as needed.Tasks and Responsibilities:Answer calls and transfer to office personnelReply to emails in a timely mannerAssist with the dispatch of associates to different client companiesCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsCompile and update employee recordsSchedule appointments for potential associates to complete application/ interview processVerify proper completion of applications and documents (E-verify)Assist applicants with the application process (filling out forms)Prepare forms and make sure they are up to dateMake copies, Scan documents as needed and prepare applicationsData Entry and filling of daily applications and other documentsRequired Skills/Abilities:MUST have experience working in the Staffing industry(1-2yrs preferred) to be consideredHave prior Receptionist experience (1year)Must be able to answer multiple callsExperience in Microsoft, Emails, Social Media and some ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong sense of urgencyExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize daily tasks and able to meet deadlinesBilingual (English/Spanish)
Salary : $18 - $20
