Day Shift: 6-4:30 Mon - Thurs **working 4-10's**
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assembly and Fabrication: Bolt, screw, crimp, and drill parts together to assemble basketball systems, sheds, and play components.
- Machine Operation: Tend to machinery such as presses, cutting machines, and powder coating equipment to fabricate metal or plastic components.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, moving materials between workstations.
- Quality Control: Inspect manufactured products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Packaging: Package finished goods, such as play set components or cooler parts, in preparation for shipment.
- Cross-Training: Work at different workstations as production needs require, including fabrication, assembly, or packing lines. Playset Services 1
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects (often up to 50 lbs) throughout an eight-hour shift.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with hand or power tools and ability to interpret manufacturing methods or drawings.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment is often preferred.
