What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Lead position at LG Electronics?
Lead the Way at LG's Newest Plant: Production Team Lead, Windsor, VA
Great teams aren't managed. They're led by people who show up for them. LG Electronics is opening a brand-new manufacturing plant in Windsor, Virginia, and we're looking for Production Team Leads who lead from the line, lift up the people around them, and want to help build something from the ground up.
How We Lead Here
- People first, always. Our leaders serve their teams. You'll make sure every person has the training, tools, and support they need to succeed, and that everyone goes home safe at the end of every shift.
- Integrity in everything. We do what we say, we build it right the first time, and we speak up when something isn't right. Honesty earns trust, and trust builds great teams.
- Teamwork without walls. We learn from each other and create our own traditions, together.
- Every voice matters. The best ideas often come from the people closest to the work. You'll help your team share theirs and turn good ideas into real improvements.
What You'll Do
You'll lead a team assembling commercial chillers, coaching and developing your team members while working hands-on at any station on the line. You'll champion safety, take pride in quality, keep production running smoothly, and be the go-to partner connecting your team with engineering, quality, and maintenance.
