Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support professional to support key retail accounts. This role is responsible for sales reporting, promotional and financial tracking, retail execution support, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring operational accuracy, account alignment, and overall sales performance.
This role is Temp to Perm.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and distribute recurring sales and performance reports.
- Analyze sales trends, pricing activity, and in-stock data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop summaries and insights to support account planning and business reviews.
- Monitor online performance and assist with marketplace visibility tracking.
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests as needed.
Retail & Merchandising Support
- Track in-store execution and display compliance.
- Coordinate with third-party partners regarding merchandising updates and installations.
- Conduct periodic store visits and competitive reviews to evaluate market positioning.
Promotional & Financial Support
- Assist with promotional funding processes and ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Review and reconcile invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain documentation of approved programs and track overall performance.
- Support month-end reporting and administrative tasks.
Account Coordination
- Participate in recurring account meetings and provide reporting updates.
- Help ensure alignment between in-store and online initiatives.
- Communicate key updates and insights to internal teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
About the Benefits:
Pay: The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000
