Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Life Insurance Wholesaler based in Vancouver, WA, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors, agents, brokers, and partners to promote life insurance solutions. The role involves providing solution quoting, narrowing and education, supporting sales strategies, assisting with business planning, and working closely with the LFS team to achieve stated targets and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires generating reports, engaging in proactive outreach and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Life Insurance required
- Understanding of Wholesale and Sales methodologies, including client relationship management
- Background in Investments and related financial products a plus
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales support technology and CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to provide regular, predictive attendance
