Role Description

The Residential Construction Superintendent is a full-time on-site role based in Morristown, TN. This position entails managing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, and maintaining high-quality standards in home building. Key responsibilities include supervising all phases of residential construction, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and effectively managing budgets and timelines to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and overseeing multiple ongoing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and standards, ensuring a secure worksite.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills with an ability to manage schedules, resources, and team coordination effectively.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management to maintain financial oversight and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in residential construction is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related certification or degree is a plus.
