Welder

We are seeking a certified Welder to join our team in Little Rock. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity after 600 hours. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding and capable of reading measurements, calculating dimensions, and fitting materials accurately to support gate fabrication and related projects. Some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks according to project specifications.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Calculate measurements to ensure proper gate fabrication and assembly.
• Notch and fit pipe for welding and installation.
• Maintain quality workmanship while using company-provided welding equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Certified Welder.
• Proficient welding skills.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to calculate measurements and dimensions.
• Experience notching and fitting pipe.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
