Warehouse Associate

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Little Rock. This day shift position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, pays $13.50/hour, and offers weekly pay with no week holdback. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and handling materials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials safely.
• Move and secure cargo using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Scan and track inventory using barcode scanners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures while handling warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using barcode scanners.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
