This position plays a key role in recruiting and hiring temporary workers to meet our clients' staffing needs while supporting the branch’s daily operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the office team. This is a 100% on-site position.Compensation and Benefits:Position: Temporary Staffing CoordinatorPay is   $20.00 to $22.50 per hour based on experience.Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional weekendsFull-time, 40 hours per week.Specific work schedule will vary depending on branch needs. Branch hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Temporary Workforce Management: Assist with recruiting, pre-screening, processing, and onboarding temporary workers. Dispatch workers daily to ensure the best skill match for clients and optimal work opportunities for candidates.Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of clerical duties, including typing, copying, filing, emailing, faxing, preparing reports, answering phones, and maintaining inventory. Assist with timecard processing and payroll.Customer Service: Manage high-volume phone calls, responding to inquiries from applicants, associates, and clients.
