A well-established Angus seedstock and Thoroughbred horse operation in Sanger is looking for a dependable, hands-on Farmhand to support all aspects of our ranch. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, day-shift position, Monday through Saturday, with occasional weekend work during peak seasons. You'll work directly under an experienced farm manager, supporting daily horse and cattle care, as well as general ranch maintenance, fencing, irrigation, and equipment operation. We're seeking a team player with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily care, feeding, and watering of horses and cattleBuild, maintain, and repair fences and ranch infrastructureOperate farm equipment including tractors, trailers, chainsaws, and irrigation systemsPerform brush clearing, mowing, and general grounds maintenanceFollow safety procedures and take direction from the Farm and Herd ManagersRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a farm or ranch environmentValid driver’s license with a clean DMV record and reliable transportationHands-on experience working with horses and cattleSkilled in operating tractors and ranch equipmentAble to work outdoors year-round, lift up to 60 lbs, and meet physical demandsHow to ApplySubmit your resume here and we’ll contact you ASAP.
