We’re hiring a Filing Clerk to join an administrative team in Victorville, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both physical and digital files in a busy office setting.
Responsibilities
- File and retrieve physical and electronic documents efficiently
- Maintain structured filing systems for easy access and tracking
- Scan, label, and archive documents using standard office tools
- Support document retention and compliance processes
- Perform general clerical tasks to support office operations
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scanning tools, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with document management systems and office equipment
