Fence Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Fence Foreman for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Little Rock. This day shift position runs Monday through Friday and is ideal for a candidate with commercial fencing experience who understands fence components, installation methods, and crew leadership. The successful candidate will oversee fence construction projects, ensure work is completed accurately, and help maintain productivity and quality on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fencing crews on commercial projects.
• Coordinate and oversee fence installation activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Take and verify measurements to ensure accurate fence construction.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.

Requirements

• Previous commercial fence installation experience required.
• Knowledge of fence components, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience leading or supervising a crew.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong measurement and layout skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
