We are hiring a Fabrication Material Handler / Forklift Picker in Ontario, CA for a full-time, day-shift schedule (Monday–Friday). This role is responsible for safely handling, picking, staging, and moving heavy steel materials to support production, fabrication, and customer orders. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (not warehouse—no exceptions) and must be able to read a tape measure accurately.ResponsibilitiesPick, stage, and prepare steel materials based on work orders and production schedules.Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move sheet, plate, bar, tube, and coil steel.Inspect, measure, and verify steel dimensions (must be able to read a tape measure).Band, bundle, and securely prepare steel materials for shipping or storage.Maintain accurate inventory using scanners, logs, or ERP systems.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (no warehouse backgrounds).Ability to read a tape measure with accuracy—no exceptions.Experience operating forklifts; certification or willingness to obtain.Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.How to ApplySubmit your resume here and we will contact you as soon as possible.
