What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Steward - Banquets position at LF Staffing Services, Inc.?
We are looking for Kitchen Stewards to support dishwashing and banquet staff for large banquets and events in Las Vegas. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity lasting approximately 2–3 weeks, with day, night, and overnight shifts available. Candidates should have experience working in fast-paced kitchens supporting large banquets and events.
Responsibilities
- Perform dishwashing duties for banquet and event operations.
- Support banquet kitchen staff as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Support kitchen operations during large banquets and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in fast-paced kitchens.
- Experience supporting large banquets and events.
- Current Food Handler’s Card required.
- OSHA 10 General Industry certification required.
- Availability for part-time work Tuesday through Sunday, including day, night, or overnight shifts.
