Automotive Product Specialist (Customer Experience Role)

Love tech? Great with people? This is not your typical dealership job.

We’re looking for someone to deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping clients understand and enjoy their new vehicle.

What You’ll Do:

• Walk customers through their new vehicle features (Bluetooth, navigation, safety tech, apps)
• Create a fun, stress-free delivery experience
• Follow up to ensure customers feel confident using their vehicle
• Be the “go-to” expert for vehicle technology

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech-savvy (Apple, smartphones, apps, etc.)
• Great personality and communication skills
• Patient and good at teaching others
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
