We’re looking for someone to deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping clients understand and enjoy their new vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
- Walk customers through their new vehicle features (Bluetooth, navigation, safety tech, apps)
- Create a fun, stress-free delivery experience
- Follow up to ensure customers feel confident using their vehicle
- Be the “go-to” expert for vehicle technology
What This Job Is NOT:
- ❌ No cold calling
- ❌ No negotiating
- ❌ No sales pressure
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-savvy (Apple, smartphones, apps, etc.)
- Great personality and communication skills
- Patient and good at teaching others
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
