Lexus of Watertown – Service Call Center / BDC Department

Lexus of Watertown is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator. Previous automotive service experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates. Experience in customer service, retail, call centers, hospitality, or sales is encouraged.

Appointment Coordinators help increase service traffic to the dealer by answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls to current clients. Candidates must be friendly, patient, customer-focused, and able to multi-task with outstanding communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create appointments and actively manage the service schedule
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email and text
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service experience
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, updating information as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information in compliance with FTC Safeguard Rule

Schedule:

• Full-time, typical shift 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a weekday off
• No Sundays

Job Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with genuine interest in customer service
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email
• Must pass pre-employment screens

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
