Sales BDC Representative

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our Lexus dealership team.

The Sales BDC Representative is often the first point of contact for our customers. You will respond to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and other inquiries; build relationships with prospective buyers; qualify customer needs; and schedule quality appointments for our Sales Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving measurable goals in a fast-paced environment.

Rate

$18-$20 per hour plus eligibility for bonus and commission

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, and internet leads
