Lexus of Warwick is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead their department in attending to inbound/outbound sales leads, primarily focusing on setting appointments through phone, email, and digital channels.
The BDM and their team are required to follow up on internet & phone inquiries, as well as unsold showroom traffic to ensure high customer engagement, appointment show rates, and retention.
The BDM is also required to monitor department metrics, and trains staff on call & email techniques
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond to internet inquiries, phone calls, and marketing leads promptly to convert them into showroom visits.
- Appointment Setting: Utilize scripts to schedule sales appointments, service appointments, and test drives.
- Customer Follow-Up: Call customers for recalls, service reminders, and post-sale CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) check-ins.
- CRM Maintenance: Log all customer interactions, updates, and comments in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- No-Show Management: Re-engage customers who missed appointments to reschedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for phone, email, and text engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Sales Focus: Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on metrics like conversion rates and show rates.
- Customer Service: Professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.

Compensation
