About The Role
You will manage protect and grow revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products, services, and content. You will sell to both prospects and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.
- Identifying, targeting and maximizing revenue and growth opportunities
- Developing solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
- Taking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship
- Providing customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues
- Negotiating and renegotiating contracts resulting in an aligned objective
- Gathering customer and market insights ensuring we meet the customer needs and reporting this against our goal
- Have great successful sales experience
- Display excellent Business-to-business sales experience
- Have a high School Diploma, or GED
- Demonstrate proven success negotiating contracts and closing business
- Have experience interacting with C-level corporate executives
- Display previous field account management and marketing experience
- Have solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
- Have the ability to travel on occasion (nominal, estimated at less than 10% of the time)
