Introduction
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Server & Bartender to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will provide exceptional dining and bar service by taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while making menu and drink recommendations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining room and bar area, including washing glassware, dishes, utensils, and restocking supplies.
- Set and clear tables and complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and management to ensure efficient service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a server, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
- Must meet all state requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
