This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Lehi, UT. As a Salesperson at Lex Legal, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining client relationships with law firms. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting client presentations, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with our product offerings and effectively communicate the value of Lex Legal's AI-driven solutions to potential clients.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, especially in B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Understanding of legal industry operations and challenges is a plus
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
