JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the RN is to ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met, based on their individualized care plan, through routine assessments and care. The RN will ensure that caregiving staff are trained in nurse delegated procedures and facility policies, which are current and up to date. This role will report directly to the Clinical Nurse Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as a RN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.
- Active Minnesota Nursing License (Registered Nurse)
- Experience working with aged adults and demonstrated knowledge of geriatric care needs
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Understanding of, and ability to function electronic health record software and basic Microsoft Office products, email, etc.
- Basic understanding of Minnesota Assisted Living Regulations
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Study requirements of the MN Department of Health and Human Services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
· The completion of individualized assessments upon admission and routinely, per regulatory requirements, and with changes of condition.
· Works as part of the caregiving team to assess patient needs, plans and modifies care, and implements interventions.
· Coordination of care with Primary Providers, and other community healthcare resources.
· Orientation and ongoing training of caregiver staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
