Essential Job Duties
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
- Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
- Follow Lewiston Motor Company’s Policies and Procedures
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
- Ability to lift 20-80 lbs
- 1 year experience preferred
- Degree not required (preferred)
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-minded, seeking efficient methods of performing duties
- Work as a team and independently when necessary
