Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting daily practice sessions, ensuring a focus on skill development and team strategies.
- Help organize and manage game day operations, including player warm-ups, lineups, and communication with officials.
- Provide individual and group instruction to athletes to enhance their technical skills and understanding of the game.
- Foster a positive team culture by promoting sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork among players.
- Monitor the academic and social well-being of team members, encouraging a balanced approach to athletics and education.
- Assist in the recruitment and retention of student-athletes for the volleyball program.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and the community to promote the volleyball program and its values.

Requirements
- Previous experience playing or coaching volleyball at the middle school level or higher is preferred.
