Role Description
Lewis Thomason is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join the team at our Nashville, TN office. This is an on-site role responsible for managing front-desk reception duties, greeting clients and visitors, managing phone communications, scheduling, and providing administrative and clerical support. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and is expected to uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering, transferring calls, and managing appointments
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors
- Organizational and time management abilities for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
