The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and employees at our emergency vehicle upfitting facility. This position supports front office operations and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth coordination between departments, technicians, and leadership. The ideal candidate is friendly, able to multitask, organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Attributes of a Strong Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus
- Receptionist/administrative experience, service, or technical environment -preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Familiarity with vehicle service or upfitting operations - a plus
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and internal documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating technician availability, and managing calendars
- Support HR and Operations with onboarding tasks, document preparation, and filing
- Order and maintain office supplies and breakroom inventory
- Help coordinate logistics for vehicle intake, customer appointments, and service updates
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
