About Us
We are a multi-generational recycling company based in Warsaw, Indiana and Rochester, IN focused on metal processing and supporting landfill reduction efforts. We take pride in safety, reliability, and long-term employee growth.
We are seeking 2 Class B Drivers to safely transport materials between our Rochester yard and the county line landfill. This is a local driving position, based out of our Rochester, IN location. —Home Daily, No Overnight Travel!
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a Class B truck
- Transport material between our Rochester yard and the County line landfill
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs (mileage, fuel, inspections)
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Coordinate basic maintenance and report mechanical issues
Hours/Schedule
- Monday-Friday 6:30am - 4:30pm, Overtime available!
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Indiana Class B CDL
- Clean driving record (past 3 years)
- 21 years of age
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with frequent in-and-out of the truck
- Strong attention to safety and detail
