Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets within a designated territory in the Gulf Coast region. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face. This individual will be responsible for selling a range of marine parts, paints, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of marine equipment and boating culture.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct inperson meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven sales experience in outside sales (marine or related industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of boats, marine equipment, and boating terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
