Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the home buying process with professionalism and integrity.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through closing.
• Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.
• Provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
• Monitor and respond promptly to internet and phone sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Learn financing and mortgage concepts to better assist customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Real estate or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and general office equipment (scanner, copier, printer, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to consistently follow up with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.
